Strawberry Fair 2011, Saturday 4 June 2011, will see the greatest changes to Strawberry Fair in over a decade. There are opportunities for individuals and organisations of all sizes and interests to get involved. The Fair is run entirely by volunteers and is looking for support. 

Más Make - calling all makers and creatives
In the tradition of the carnival Más Camps of Trinidad and Tobago, this year SF welcomes local people to take part in a mass making activity during the build up to the Fair. All the costumes and décor showcased at the Fair is to be made by local people of all ages. If you want to get creative come down to Midsummer Common on Wednesday 1 - Friday 3 June, 2 - 8pm. Volunteer - help make it happen
Volunteering with Strawberry Fair is a great way to gain experience in events management and meet a fantastic, diverse group of people that you probably wouldn't get a chance to work with usually. Strawberry Fair is always on the look out for Stewards to ensure the safety and well-being of those attending the Fair, and making sure that the day runs smoothly. Also needed are people to join the Site Crew to help build the Fair, and more to hands to be part of the Environment team helping on the day of the Fair and immediately afterwards. Please contact

Village Green Arena - performers needed
The arena is available for performances by local community groups, clubs and schools. Strawberry Fair are also looking for local companies, public service teams and other groups who would like to take part in a knock out challenge. To book your slot or to find out more contact Jay Webdale on

Community Pavilions - a platform for you to share what you do
