Cambridge Wordfest starts this coming weekend

Almost 100 authors will be coming to Cambridge this weekend (15th - 17th April) to take part in the biannual literary festival. Located this year in the historic and impressive Cambridge Union as well as the ADC Theatre, headline events include: Dawn French, Michael Frayn, Antonia Fraser, Roger McGough, Ian McEwan, Don Paterson, P.D.James, Amanda Foreman, Will Hutton, Celia Imrie, Ben Macintyre, Virginia Nicholson, Colin Thubron, Simon Armitage and Maggi Hambling  plus the authors of The King’s Speech and Wikileaks.  All this plus a full-to-bursting programme of events for children including Harry and the Dinosaurs, Arlene Phillips, Time Riders, Peepo! & Moomin story playtime for toddlers, Grubtown Tales and Louise Rennison. Full details:
