Cambridge is the UK's most inventive city

Cambridge Invents

Published: 17th February 2015.

Cambridge Invents is a digital art project presented by Collusion, a new agency in Cambridge who are working at the intersection of arts, technology and human interaction.

Since January this year, the project has released a film every week and included fantastic, ground-breaking inventions from the first ever Webcam, ARM’s processor, M-pesa a money transfer tool using mobile phones and SMS, Sony’s LittleBigPlanet game on the PSP and Raspberry Pi, the world-leading credit card sized computer.

In a series of one-to-one interviews, the Cambridge Invents films celebrate some of the city's astounding technological inventions and the stories behind them. It is fascinating to see, quite possibly for the first time, the people behind the innovations and have access to these exclusive interviews with some of the key figures in Cambridge's tech industry.
