A free seminar designed to educate companies on how computer software can help them find, win and keep new customers is taking place this Thursday.

Every business ultimately has the same goal: To Find, Win and Keep new customers.

Stamford-based businessman Don Wiid is co-presenting a workshop at the Cranfield Innovation Centre (Bedfordshire) this Thursday morning informing companies just how easier modern-day computer software makes this.

The session will also offer practical tips on how you can implement and utilise the latest CRM software into your business, enabling you to produce the highest possible standard of customer service.

Attendees of Don's previous talks have commented on his relaxed and informal presentation style, as well as the benefits the talk has had on their business.

The seminar takes place in three days time, on Thursday 12th May in the Cranfield Innovation Centre. It starts at around 9.30am and will finish no later than midday.
