Guildhall Sales Coordinator

The role will be responsible for coordinating bookings into the Cambridge Guildhall, for a wide variety of events including dinners, weddings, private events and meetings ensuring the whole process runs smoothly from the initial enquiry through to discussing the final details.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate having excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills and these will ideally have been gained from working in a similar role or environment. You will be professional and friendly with a keen eye for detail, and display excellent customer care skills. Some previous experience of working within the events/private hire industry would be desirable.
Whilst the primary focus of the role is around coordinating Guildhall hires we also expect this position to provide support for the rest of the programming team which also includes assisting with diary coordination where required for shows and events at the Cambridge Corn Exchange.
