Brains Eden 2014 Gaming Festival
Brains Eden is a free gaming festival that attracts a collection of students, academics and games developers from across the UK and Europe and the World!...this year will see the first Canadian team from Nova Scotia particpate.
The four day event will include a BAFTA supported symposium - featuring a keynote speaker and talks from selected panellists. A 48 hour Games Jam where teams of five will collaborate and create their own game to be put forward for judging. There will also be ample opportunity to attend the Careers Clinic, where industry experts will offer individualized feedback and advice.
The festival culminates in a large Games Art Exhibition in the Ruskin Gallery. Participant's innovation will be celebrated in the form of an Awards Ceremony which will celebrate the games produced over the weekend.
Accommodation and catering will be provided for participants.
The festival is hugely popular and places are limited, so early registration is recommended. If you are a University tutor interested in taking part, register here.
